The South Florida Business Journal recently honored Chad Van Horn, Esq., with a prestigious 40 Under 40 Award, which recognized 40 local business leaders 39 years old or younger for their career achievements and community involvement. Van Horn, 34, who owns and operates Van Horn Law Group, the largest bankruptcy firm in Broward County based on number of case filings*, was recognized at a Miami luncheon that attracted nearly 400 guests.

The award winners were chosen based on their professional, personal and community achievements. Professionally, Van Horn’s bankruptcy law practice is dedicated to protecting the rights of clients overwhelmed by debt by combining legal expertise with compassionate client service. Personally, Van Horn has served as a Big Brothers Big Sisters mentor since 2012. Community activities include Legal Aid Service of Broward County, Mission United, and the OJ McDuffie Catch 81 Foundation. All of his efforts intentionally champion the underdog.
